DR MEN RETURNS
Due to the nature of men’s wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (images/video) must be shared with our support team
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind
- Delayed delivery due to courier issues
- Incorrect address provided by customer
REFUND PROCESS
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
